Lorenzo , nasce nel 1986 a Salvador do Bahia ( Brasile ) , da qui il suo vero nome: Marcos Baiano . Inizia il suo percorso musicale studiano il Sax. Strumento che caratterizza la sua impronta musicale,radicata in un più che preciso genere musicale che egli chiama “Electro-Black-Soul”. Oltre alla sua passione per la composizione e la produzione, Marcos fa anche la sua strada nel mondo dei club approndando a consolle di tutto il mondo: Miami, Berlino, Londra, Ibiza,… In tutte queste esperienze si avvicina a DJ del calibro Chris Liebing , Brian Snaji , Ralf , Alex Neri, Pier Bucci, Hanfry Martinez, Tania Vulcano, Hector Romero e molti altri … Abbandona il suo passato techno per dedicarsi completamente ad i ritmi ed i suoni che si distinguono soprattutto per il loro sapore soul, molto vicino alle sue radici. Nuove esperienze , nuovi ambienti, ed ampie scene musicali, portano Marcos a definire il suo genere che include: Emotional Pads, atmosfere deep e dark deep elettro, old school beats e black music vocale che sottolineano la sua linea “black -soul”. L’anno 2010 è caratterizzato da una collaborazione significativa con una giovane e promettente etichetta italiana ‘Labella Recordings’ che con passione e convinzione produce il suo primo album, “Musica & Felicidade 01” , classificato nel top ten di Beatport nel Luglio 2011, Marcos raggiunge un altro successo decisivo con il brano “Green Lights” ( Musica & Felicidade 02 ), che gli permette di ottenere una nuova e importante collaborazione con la storica Nervous, NYC. Nel corso del gennaio 2011 si trasferisce a Londra per scoprire nuovi orizzonti musicali e collaborazioni. Nel 2012 collabora con dj set on-air e tracce ari-played, per tutta la stagione estiva, su ” 124 bpm deepfusion ” , uno show radiofonico condotto da Miguel Garji su Ibiza Global Radio. A fine 2012 firma il suo secondo album su Little Angel Records, intitolato Live Introspections, seguito da un terzo album sempre prodotto da Harley&Muscle, Analog Bodies. Questi due album sono composti da un complessivo di circa 40 tracce di pura deep elettronica registrata in analogico, di gusto old school. La Little Angel Records sembra per Marcos, una nuova e vera famiglia. Iniziano così altre collaborazioni con masters della deep house americana: Marshall Jefferson, Harley&Muscle, Darian Crouse.. Soulstar Records e Little Angel Records offrono a Marcos il panorama ideale per esprimere il suo gusto deep, coinvolgendolo anche nel Winter Music Conference (Miami) del 2013. Traguardo importantissimo per una carriera musicale. Nel 2014 fonda la sua Label, BSOUL Music, atta a produrre un genere musicale d nicchia, ovviamente di sonorità deep soul elettro. BSOUL Music mette subito le basi per affrontare un percorso professionale, inserendo nel suo roster artisti come Hanfry Martinez (Overall Music, One Records, Cadenza, Hot Creations) e molti altri artisti di caratura mondiale che saranno presto protagonisti di progetti futuri.
Lorenzo, was born in 1986, in Salvador do Bahia (Brazil), hence his real name: Marcos. He began his musical career by attending saxophone lessons’, characterizing his musical imprint, which deeps his roots in a kind of music, that he called, “electro-black-soul.” Besides his passion for production, Marcos makes his way into the world of clubs playing around Europe (Berlin, London, Ibiza, …) and at WMC ’14. In all these experiences comes close to DJs and producers as Chris Liebing, Todd Terry, Tony Humphries, Pier Bucci, Harley&Muscle, Tania Vulcano, Hector Romero, Jovonn and many others. “Abandoning” his “techno past”, he devoted himself to the rhythms and sounds that stand out to his “Latin” roots, as funky-latin, latin-soul and blues. New experiences, new environments, and extensive music scene, bring Marcos to define his genre, including: emotional pads, deep and electro sounds, tech-beats, break-beats and dark vocals that emphasize his “black-soul. The year 2010 was characterized by a significant partnership with the new and promising label: Labella Recordings. With passion and conviction Labella produced his first album, “Music & Felicidade 01”, ranking 11th in the “Beatport Chart House” (July, 2011). Marcos reaches another decisive success with the song “Green Lights” (Music & Felicidade 02) positioned himself in 17th place in the Beatport House Chart (December, 2010), that allows him to get a new and important collaboration with the historic Nervous Records (NYC). During January 2011 he moved to London to discover new musical horizons and collaborations. In 2012 he starts another important collaboration, playing on-air on “124 bpm deepfusion”, a deep radio show hosted by Miguel Garji, on Ibiza Global Radio. In January 2014 after he moved in Berlin, begins his own project BSOUL Music, involving artist such Hanfry Martinez, Justin Harris, Harley&Muscle, Terence:Terry: , Jovonn and more masters. In the while he signs 3 albums on Little Angel Records: Live Introspections (20 track album – 2013), Analog Bodies (19 track album – 2014), Organ Nature (16 track album 2014) and some remixes for Soulstar Records, working on projects composed by artists as Harley&Muscle, Marshall Jefferson, Kerri Chandler and Darian Crouse.
